Defeating Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

What is Multiple Sclerosis (MS)?

The nerves of the central nervous system are covered with an insulating material called myelin, just as the electrical wires are covered with plastic. In MS, the myelin disappears due to inflammation.
Consequently, the electrical impulses that travel along the nerves become slower. In addition, the nerves themselves are damaged. Symptoms include vision, speech, walking, writing, and memory disturbances.

Doctor's Wahls story is an amazing example of recovery from an so-called incurable condition through optimal nutrition. Her diet is based on a very low carbohydrate high fat (fish, meat, organ meat, eggs...), ancestral diet, completely excluding starches and sugar.
